Monterey Dunes Colony includes only 120 Ocean-Front Beach Homes on a 1 mile stretch of beach. These homes are placed in groupings of 2-3 homes and are all ocean-front and spaced so that you see the ocean and not each other. Seaside, California
Seaside, California is a fabulous up and coming community. CSU-Monterey Bay and Monterey College of Law are key educational institutions, along with Black Horse, Bayonet Golf Course (PGA) and a variety of key businesses. Seaside Highlands is a newer neighborhood built in the early 2000's boasting large homes from 2000 to 4000 square feet. Prices in the highlands range from $650,000 to $1,000,000. The remainder of Seaside is known for Eichler and other style Modern, Mid Century Homes. Many are buying these up as investment homes and vacation homes. It is an up and coming community that remains affordable.
